I'm wondering if I could do it but each time I saw success stories in losing weight I became more determined to do it it's only that I don't know how to start.I have heard
something about a formula that will give you a gastric bypass effect but no surgery by Roca Labs, is it true?

Imani it is nothing like gastric bypass and works to fill you up before you eat. We all know that feeling full is not our problem. It is the need to self medicate our problems away and using food or cross addicting to other things to use them as a coping mechanism. I hope that helped.

Hello,

Wow you have done such a wonderful job! I'm the host of Functional Fitness on PBS TV and also was once very overweight. (I'm also a rehab therapist.) My show is geared for people who are overweight/and or have medical conditions that make it otherwise difficult to exercise. We have a DVD designed especially for the bariatric person and would like to know if you would let your readers know about it? All the proceeds from the DVD go back into providing closed captioning for the deaf and hard of hearing for our upcoming 4th series.

Here's a link to our site about the DVD. We appreciate you helping get the word out as there is very little available for this population.
